The shipping rates are made transparent to all our customers during the time of their check out process.

How quickly can I get my order delivered?

We deliver most of our products across all parts of India. Our customers can track their delivery status online on our portal with the Docket details provided in the order confirmation email notification.

Our Standard Delivery time is between 1-5 business days subject to size and availability of the products. Delivery timelines for Bulk & custom made orders will be informed in advance.

A constant update will be made available in all cases of unexpected delays.

Free Shipping

Nxtby offers free shipping applicable on qualifying orders. Orders that are of smaller value will carry shipping charges as per the carrier tariffs.

Minimum Order Quantity

There is no minimum order quantity as such. But Order Value should be above Rs. 2500/-.

Order Tracking

Every Confirmed Order will have a delivery tracking number, which will be updated on our portal. Customers can track the status of the delivery online on our portal.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
